What is TravviseConnect?
TravviseConnect is a multi-tenant B2B and B2C travel distribution platform from Travvise Technologies in Doha, Qatar. It replaces legacy GDS front ends with one screen for flights and hotels. Travel management companies, corporates, distributors and online travel agencies use it to search, compare, quote, book and settle under their own brand.
Which flight suppliers does TravviseConnect connect to?
TravviseConnect connects to the Amadeus and Travelport GDS, and to airline NDC from Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Emirates and Oman Air. It also connects low-cost carriers: Air Arabia, Jazeera Airways, flydubai, IndiGo and Air India Express. Results from all of them appear in one list, streaming in as each supplier answers.
Can I run TravviseConnect as a white label travel portal?
Yes. Each business runs TravviseConnect on its own domain, with its own logo, colours and search imagery. Every user lands on the business's branded page, never on a TravviseConnect page. Quotes sent from search results also carry your brand, your markup and a validity date, by email or PDF.
Does TravviseConnect issue tickets automatically?
No. Ticketing is always a manual agent step and never happens automatically after the PNR is created. This is a deliberate control. An agent reviews the booking and issues the ticket, so nothing is charged or issued by accident. Void, cancel and reissue are available from the same booking screen.
How does TravviseConnect handle hotels from several suppliers?
TravviseConnect searches Expedia, RateHawk, TBO and WebBeds. When suppliers return the same property, it is matched into one listing that shows every supplier's rate. Agents compare prices without scrolling through duplicates. On the B2B portal, supplier names are hidden from sub-agents, and hotel vouchers are ready after booking.
Can I sell to sub-agents on my own B2B travel portal?
Yes. Sub-agents can register themselves, and each registration waits for your head-office approval before it can book. You set markup rules per customer group for flights and hotels. Each customer books against a wallet or a credit limit, using the settlement types you allow for that customer.
How is my data kept secure?
Every business on TravviseConnect has its own separate database, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Supplier credentials are stored in a managed key vault rather than in the application. All users sign in with multi-factor authentication, and each business sets its own idle sign-out time for its users.
Can TravviseConnect send bookings to my back office?
Yes. TravviseConnect can push bookings to the Traacs back-office system. You switch the push on or off for each customer, so you control which accounts flow into your accounting. Wallets, credit limits and settlement types per customer are handled inside the platform before a ticket is issued.
Which markets does TravviseConnect serve?
Travvise Technologies builds and runs TravviseConnect from Doha, Qatar. It serves travel agencies in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, India, Egypt and Nigeria. Live customers include Victoria Travels, NBK Travel, Rwafi Al Ahlam and Travelify. An Arabic version of the website is planned alongside the English one.
Can I control what each user sees?
Yes. Roles are scoped to org units, branches, partners and customers. Nothing is inherited or granted automatically, so each user sees only what they have been given. Airline corporate codes are set per customer, so negotiated fares reach the right accounts.
